Refund & exchange policy
All Lantech equipment is covered by our exclusive Built-Tough warranty, the length of which depends on the specific machine type. Lantech warrants parts and components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of time outlined in the Lantech Warranty Policy. Lantech reserves the option to replace or repair the defective component, and covers only that which has failed.
